The multi-par auction method is used to sell multiple parcels (tracts) of real estate at auction - first offering each tract individually, and then in combination. PROTECTIVE COVENANTS & RESTRICTIONS

  1. No mobile home, double wide, modular home, trailer, basement, tent or shack erected shall be used at any time as a residence (temporarily or permanently) nor shall any structure of a temporary character be used as a residence.
  2. No junk or inoperative vehicles shall be allowed upon the premises except in enclosed structures where the same shall not be visible to adjoining property owners or from the public right of way.
  3. No noxious or offensive trade or activity shall be carried on upon the real estate, nor shall anything be done thereon which may be or may become an annoyance and/or a nuisance to the neighbor. Normal agricultural activities, including livestock and farming, are allowed.

All incinerators or other equipment for the storage or disposal of such material shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition.
  5. Individual sewage disposal systems shall be located, and constructed in accordance with governmental requirements, standards, and recommendations installed shall be obtained from such authority.
